As a new customer, I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your installer and his work. Jason did an excellent job of listening to my preferences and went out of his way to make sure that the exterior antenna was located where I wanted it.  He then replaced the cabling that my previous provider had left behind with a nice exterior "cable box" located at the point of entry (my last company just slammed the cable through the wall).Jason then made sure that everything was ready before making the switch so as to limit my downtime (I office from my home so this was very important).  Last, he not only made sure that everything was up and running well, but he also introduced me to a couple of new websites and programs that we have found very helpful. If Jason's work is any indication of how your company is run, then I am going to enjoy being a customer of yours. Best Regards,

I had been searching for a high speed Internet Provider in the Franktown area for the past couple of years. I was very disappointed and frustrated with my inability to locate a provider that could provide what I needed. All the major carriers did not service this area. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted directlink in hopes that they may be able to provide a solution. The pricing was very competitive and installation was scheduled within a matter of a couple of days. Installation was prompt and Erick (the installer) could not do enough to be sure everything was perfect. He truly went above and beyond, even staying late to make sure everything was right. I have had two subsequent support contacts to fine tune the settings on my computer. The first contact was via Email support. Shane received the inquiry and responded immediately, surprising in this day and age when response times are usually 24-48 hours. The second was a call to Cindy, though she was not sure of the resolution, she documented the issue and forwarded to technical support. I had an answer in a matter of a couple of hours. In short, service and support has been great!! PS: Connectivity has been wonderful. Even during the two Christmas blizzards of 2006, I could work from home without degradation of service. It just keeps blasting information to and from the super highway.

I'm sitting here working (at 9:20 at night) and I'm realizing that I've been cruising along on the Net without thinking much about it. Believe it or not - that is what I would call a "Compliment" (!!) to you and your company !!!! When you're on dial-up, you're "always" thinking about it.... Waiting to get connected, yelling at your laptop to hurry up and load pages, having to remember to Hang-up the connection, worrying if this huge download is going to choke, etc., etc. And, even when I'm at my sister’s house on her DSL, there always seems to be one issue or another with her connection. Thought I'd take just a quick break to tell you "THANKS”!! I absolutely love my wireless connection!

"Finally, a high speed wireless internet service that's affordable and reliable. I've lived in Elbert County for seven years and the only thing I don't like about living this distance from the metro area is the lack of affordable high speed internet service. The dialup telephone connection was a 21k connection at best. Using web pages was painful and receiving an email with an image file attached was brutal, it tied up the telephone line all evening. I had given up on the idea of obtaining affordable high speed internet at home and then I heard about a small local company that started service in my area. I contacted eDirectLink and was pleasantly surprised to find that the startup and monthly costs were very reasonable. A very professional technician was sent to my home to discuss the options available to me, and ultimately to install my connection. From that moment on checking email and web pages has been incredibly fast and easy. I didn't think that a wireless connection could work this well, but after using eDirectLink for the past 5 months I'm a total believer. We had incredibly high winds for the past 3 days and a dense snowstorm to top it off. During the worst of the storm there was absolutely no interruption of our DirectLink service even though our home is surrounded by 30 to 40 foot foot pine trees. I was streaming a radio station continuously, my son, a college student, conducted online courses, and I worked from my home office throughout the high winds and snow. With Starband, our previous ISP provider, I would experience interruptions of internet service during dense cloud covering, heavy rains and snowstorms. We would also have problems if the Starband hub in Atlanta was experiencing bad weather. DirectLink's excellent speed, dependability, and customer service is awesome and we recommend it 100%. Starband, we'll never miss you!

Just wanted to say THANKS SO VERY MUCH. I am the happiest girl in the whole USA. I have missed my speedy service and am in absolute heaven that I have it back up. I just started a small consulting company and needed fast internet service, I considered Satellite but the latency was just too slow and the one year comittment was debating, so I choose eDirectLink because of the great services and its speed, not to mentioned it cost less than ½ of my existing ISDN Line and no contract comitment are required. I've been using Satellite high speed internet for many years, as well as Dialup networking. This service is unbelievable. The performance is so much better than Satellite and it's cheaper too! I feel like I just stepped out of a VW and jumped into a Ferrari. The installation was quick and clean, and the service technician had me up and running within no time.
